Delivery Policy
We aim to have your food delivered within the stated 45 minutes time frame but this cannot be guaranteed in the busy time periods, if your food is not delivered within 2 hours you will be entitled to a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with our product we must be notified within a reasonable timeframe (15 minutes of receiving) and it would be helpful to have your expectation of the follow up events to hand so we can assess the situation and come to an amicable resolution.

For example "if" you received your order and one the items was incorrectly dressed and you wanted the one item replaced that would be done on an exchange policy we would expect the incorrect item returned.

At no point will Dirty sam's burger van compensate more than the amount paid for any reason.
