I decided to start Dirty Sam's when i came back from my trip home to the USA in 2016, when i was out there i realised the food scene was much better than back in the uk mostly it was the burgers, fries and smokehouses that made the difference, we visited many bbq smokehouses and loved it and want to bring this back for others to taste!

So shortly after my return I bought my burger van and fully renovated it ready to start my new venture, it was ready for 2018. I started slowly and only had a facebook page but everyone seems to love it and started leaving me 5 star reviews, now i need to find a way where i can serve more people and not be tied to one position so i have this website where you can order directly.

Why Dirty Sam's? Well my names Sam and while we were thinking of burger names for the messiest. biggest, most juiciest burger we came up with the infamous Dirty burger that you will find on my menu which kind of stuck around until one of us put Dirty Sam's together and the rest is history.
